Course Cancellation Policy
If a client wishes to change or cancel their booking the below table will apply.
Clients must contact COR NA HABHANN SAFETY LTD direct on [087 9173804] to make changes or cancellation
Cancellation Notice Policy:

Please note: To insure proper credit to your account, when cancelling a course, you will be issued a Cancellation Number. Please make sure to keep this number in a safe place. It is the ONLY proof the cancellation was done on a timely basis and in accordance with the above policy. If you cannot produce a Cancellation Number, you WILL be required to pay the full tuition. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
Less than 24 hours prior to the course commencement.
Clients who register for a course by phone or invoice but do not pay and do not attend the course on the day, will be billed by the COR NA HABHANN SAFETY LTD for the total amount of the course.
No changes to course bookings will be allowed LESS than 1 working days [24 hours] PRIOR to the commencement of the course. No refund or reimbursement will be made for any cancellation or change to course booking.
Failure to attend (no show)
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled training session, without advising COR NA HABHANN SAFETY LTD by phone, [087 9173804] a minimum of 1 working days [24 hours] before the commencement of the course, will receive NO reimbursement or discount on future courses.
COR NA HABHANN SAFETY LTD cancels/changes course
Under no circumstance will the COR NA HABHANN SAFETY LTD be liable for any cost, whether incurred directly or indirectly, caused because of any cancellation or change of venue or date.
In the event the COR NA HABHANN SAFETY LTD need to cancel a course or change the time, venue or date of a course, we will attempt to notify all affected parties, including the venue, trainers and any clients registered for the course as soon as possible.
Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances may occur at any time.
Should COR NA HABHANN SAFETY LTD need to cancel a course, all registered clients will be offered the options of booking on an alternative course in the future or receiving a full refund.
